Keep your membership information up to date through MYiCLUBonline.
Member account changes
Visit MYiCLUBonline to manage your membership account. You can:
- Change your address, phone number, or email.
- Update credit card or EFT information.
- Make payments and view payment history.
- View your agreement and cancellation information under Agreements.
If you haven't registered, create your online account using your agreement number or email address. You can also make account changes through the UltraFlex Fitness app.
How to cancel your membership
You can cancel your UltraFlex Fitness membership in any of these three ways:
- UltraFlex Fitness app: Cancel your membership through the app.
- Member portal: Sign in to MYiCLUBonline to cancel your membership.
- In person at the gym: Visit the front desk at UltraFlex Fitness, 204 West Foothill Blvd, Monrovia, CA 91016.
